PT Connect
The app for a company's clients and its team. A client follows their project, talks to the people doing it, approves work and pays invoices. The team chats, reports and takes requests, and the sales team rings leads and follows them up.
Published by Pushpendra Technology. Package name
zone.pushpendra.ptconnect. It is a separate app from our employee app, which has
its own listing and its own policy.
Free for anybody a company has added. Sign in with the code sent to your email.
On a computer: connect.pushpendra.zone/web — open it and scan the code from Me → PT Connect on a computer in the phone app.
What the app does
For a client
- Projects — the progress of each project or ongoing service, its milestones and what is due.
- Chat — a conversation with the team on the project: text, photos, files and voice notes.
- Approvals — approve a milestone, or ask for changes.
- Requests — raise a change, a new feature, an issue or feedback, and follow it until it is done.
- Invoices and payments — see the invoices of a project and pay them online.
- Calls and meetings — ring the people you are allowed to ring, book a meeting from the free times, join a video call.
- Alerts and history — what needs your attention, and what you have done.
For the team
- Project chat, with the client and among the team, and staff groups for the company's own people.
- Tasks, a timer and the daily report; client requests turned into tasks.
- Project updates, milestones and files shared with the client.
- Sales — leads brought in from a sheet, a call queue that gives one lead at a time, follow-up reminders, meetings, deals, quotations and reports. A won deal becomes a project.
- My work — attendance, leave and payslips, read from the company's HR records.
Who can use it
PT Connect is for businesses and the people they work with. There is no public sign-up. You can sign in only if a company that uses our platform has already added your email address, as one of its clients or one of its employees.
Sign-in is by a six-digit code sent to that email address. There is no password. If your address is not on record with any company, no code is sent and the app cannot be used.
The app is not meant for children and is not directed at anybody under 18.
For app review. Because there is no public sign-up, a test account with a fixed sign-in code is given in the review notes of the store listing. It opens a demonstration company with sample projects.
What the app asks your phone for
| Permission | Why, and when |
|---|---|
| Notifications | To tell you of a new message, an approval that is waiting, a payment, or a follow-up that is due. You can refuse; the app still works, and shows these when it is open. |
| Microphone | Only while you hold the button to record a voice note. Nothing is recorded at any other time, and the app does not record phone calls. |
| Camera, photos and files | Only when you choose to send a picture or a file, or set a project's or a group's picture. The app sees what you pick and nothing else. |
| Phone (dialler) | When you press Call, the phone's own dialler opens with the number. The call is made by your phone, not by the app. |
| Internet | To reach our servers. All of it is encrypted (HTTPS). |
The app does not ask for, and does not read, your contacts, your call history, your SMS, your location, or anything belonging to other apps.
Privacy policy
This policy is for the PT Connect app. It says what is collected, why, who can see it, and what you can do about it. Last updated 30 September 2026.
Whose data it is
Each company that uses the platform keeps its own records — its clients, employees, projects and leads — and decides who is given access. That company is responsible for those records. We run the platform for it and keep each company's data apart from every other's.
What is collected
| What | What it is used for |
|---|---|
| Name, email address, phone number | Entered by the company that added you. Used to sign you in, to show who a message is from, and to let the people you work with reach you. |
| Messages, photos, files and voice notes | What you send in a chat. Shown to the people in that chat and kept as the record of the project. |
| Project activity | Requests, approvals, updates, tasks, time logged, daily reports, meetings. Used to run the project. |
| Invoices and payments | The invoices of your project and the record that one was paid. Card and bank details are entered on Razorpay's page and are never seen or stored by the app. |
| Sales records (team only) | Leads, the outcome and approximate length of calls made to them, notes, follow-ups, deals and quotations. The app does not record calls or read your call log; a call's length is the time you were away from the app. |
| Device token | An identifier from Google's messaging service, used only to deliver notifications to your phone. Removed when you sign out. |
| Sign-in records | When you last used the app, kept for security and support. |
The app has no advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.
Who can see it
- A client sees only their own projects, and the names of the people working on them. A team member's phone number is shown to a client only where that person may be rung by them.
- A team member sees the projects they have been put on, and the staff groups they are in. The team's own thread is never shown to a client.
- Somebody in sales sees the leads that are theirs; a sales manager sees the company's.
- The company's administrators see their own company's records in the dashboard.
Other services the app uses
| Service | What it is given, and why |
|---|---|
| Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) | The device token and the text of a notification, to deliver it to your phone. |
| Razorpay | The invoice number, amount, and your name, email and phone, to take a payment you chose to make. The money goes to the account of the company you are a client of. |
| Google Meet | Where a company has connected its Google Workspace, a video call or meeting is a Google Meet made in that Workspace. Joining it opens Google Meet, which has its own terms. |
| Gemini (Google) | Only where a company has switched it on, and only when somebody presses the button: the notes of a lead's history, or the recent messages of a chat, are sent to write a summary or a draft. A lead's phone number and email address are never sent. |
| Your email address, to send you the sign-in code. |
How it is protected
- Everything between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
- Sign-in is by a one-time code; there is no password to be guessed or reused.
- Access is checked on every request: when a company switches off a client's access, or an employee leaves, the app stops working for them at that moment.
- Each company's records are kept apart. Nobody can see another company's data.
How long it is kept
For as long as the company keeps its account and the record is needed to run the project, and afterwards only as long as the law requires — invoices and payment records, for instance, have to be kept for tax.
Your choices
- You can ask to see what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.
- You can turn notifications off in your phone's settings, and refuse the microphone or photos; the rest of the app still works.
- You can sign out at any time, from Profile or Me in the app.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new one is put on this page with its date.
Delete your account and your data
You can ask for your PT Connect account and the data with it to be deleted, whether or not you still have the app installed.
How to ask
- Write to the address below from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my PT Connect account”.
- Or ask the company that added you — your project manager, or your HR — to remove you. They can do it from their dashboard.
You will get a reply within 7 days, and the deletion is finished within 30 days.
What is deleted: your account and sign-in, your name, email and phone number in the app, your device token, your status and settings, and your access to every project.
What may be kept, and why:
- Invoices and payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Messages and project records you were part of, where they are the company's record of the work. On request your name is taken off them.
- An employee's HR records, which belong to the employer and are kept by them under employment law.
To delete only part of your data without closing the account — a message, a file, a voice note — ask the same way and say which.
